By accessing or using LEVRISK, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Analytical tool only
LEVRISK provides calculations, visualisations and market context for informational and educational purposes. It is not an exchange, broker, investment adviser, wallet, custodian or trade-execution service.
3. No investment advice
Nothing on LEVRISK constitutes personalised investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or trade any asset. Users remain solely responsible for their own decisions.
4. Calculations and assumptions
Outputs depend on the information supplied by the user and on model assumptions. Estimated liquidation prices are generic analytical estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise and may differ materially from the rules, maintenance-margin tiers, fees and mechanics used by a specific exchange.

Live or near-real-time data may be delayed, interrupted, unavailable or inaccurate. Users should verify critical market information directly with the venue on which they intend to trade.

8. Sponsored and affiliate relationships

9. Availability and changes
LEVRISK may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue features at any time, including supported markets, calculations, data sources and interface elements.

You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, overload infrastructure, exploit vulnerabilities, misrepresent LEVRISK output, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
11. Limitation of reliance
LEVRISK is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, users should not rely on LEVRISK as the sole source for a financial decision or for time-critical market information.
