Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to levrisk.com and the LEVRISK web application. LEVRISK is designed to operate without user accounts, wallet connections, trade execution or custody of assets.

2. Data you provide

The values entered into the workstation — such as account balance, entry price, stop-loss, take-profit, risk percentage and leverage — are used to perform calculations in the application. LEVRISK does not currently provide account-based storage of these trade setups.

If you contact us by email, we may receive the information you voluntarily include in that communication, including your email address and message content.

3. Technical and infrastructure data

Like most websites, technical infrastructure providers may process information necessary to deliver and secure the service. This can include IP address, request metadata, timestamps, device/browser information and security or diagnostic logs.

LEVRISK currently uses Cloudflare for domain, DNS, security and delivery services, and Railway for application hosting and deployment infrastructure. Their processing of data is governed by their own privacy and data-protection terms.

4. Market data

LEVRISK currently uses public Binance USDⓈ-M Futures market-data interfaces for supported crypto markets. Market-data requests may be made by the application to obtain information such as mark price, index price, funding rate and 24-hour price change.

LEVRISK does not send your account balance, personal trade risk budget or other workstation inputs to Binance for trade execution.

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising

At the time of this policy update, LEVRISK does not intentionally operate behavioural advertising or user-account tracking within the workstation. Essential infrastructure may still use technical mechanisms necessary for security, routing or service delivery.

If analytics, advertising, consent-management or affiliate tracking technologies are introduced later, this policy and any required consent interface will be updated before or alongside their activation.

6. Affiliate links and sponsored content

LEVRISK may in the future use clearly disclosed affiliate links or sponsored placements. Following an affiliate link may allow the relevant third party or affiliate platform to attribute a referral. The third party's own privacy policy will govern its processing after you leave LEVRISK.

7. Legal bases and data protection

Where data-protection law such as the GDPR applies, processing may rely on legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the service; performance of a requested service; compliance with legal obligations; or consent where consent is required.

8. International processing

Infrastructure providers may process data in different countries. Users should consult the providers' own policies for current details on international processing and transfers.

9. Retention

LEVRISK aims to retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including security, troubleshooting, legal obligations and communications. Infrastructure-provider logs may follow the providers' own retention schedules.

10. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to complain to the competent data-protection authority.
